Airport Transfers
Transportation will be provided to/from the George Town/Owen International Airport (MWCR) for Sunday, July 17, 2022 arrivals and Wednesday, July 20, 2022 departures.
Arrival transfers will run every half hour starting at 11:00am CST on July 17, 2022.
Departure transfers will run every hour, on the hour, from 8:30am to 1:30pm CST on July 20, 2022.
You are responsible for booking your flights to the ALMA Conference. If you need assistance from a travel agent, we recommend Jahala Woods at Travel Leaders. She can be reached at:

As of March 28, 2022 all international travelers over the age of 12 arriving in Grand Cayman are required to be vaccinated.

How to Add Flight Information to Registration
Go to your registration confirmation email and click “modify registration”. Click through the registration until you get to the question asking if you have your flights booked. Change your answer to "yes". You will then be able to add your flight information.
To ensure we have the proper number of shuttles, please enter your flight details by June 10, 2022.
