Join us as we gather on the West Tower Lawn to kick off the 2025 ALMA Conference festivities with cocktails and dinner! This location is outdoors.

Start your day with breakfast before the ALMA Annual Meeting! Join us in the International Center where you will be served a buffet breakfast.

We’ll gather in the International Center for the ALMA Annual Meeting where we’ll discuss all things ALMA, recognize our Safety Award winners, and hear from our keynote speaker, to be announced.

Attire: Resort casual (Button-downs, polo shirts, sundresses, nice shorts). Golfers may wear golf attire to the meeting.

Compete, learn, or just watch the action! It's the ultimate showdown for pickleball enthusiasts. First-timers are also welcome to compete, and a pro-led clinic will help you get started. Then competition begins with exciting matches and energetic vibe. Not playing? Cheer from the sidelines. (Optional activity)

Snacks and beverages will be provided for players and spectators.

Get ready for rolling fairways, multi-level greens, and demanding hazards at the stunning yet formidable West Course at The Broadmoor. At 6,800 feet, this course offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and Colorado Springs. Don't let the stunning mountain views distract you; the West Course may look like a postcard, but it offers a very challenging and rewarding round of golf. (Optional activity) 

Lunch will be provided for golfers. 

Join us for cocktails and dinner at Cheyenne Lodge. Shuttles will start at 5:45 PM and run continuously. Pick up/Drop off will be at both the Broadmoor South Building Entrance and the Broadmoor West Building Entrance. This venue has outdoor and indoor areas.

Ride a narrated train up America’s Mountain, taking in incredible views on the way to the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak. This excursion is beginner level. Conditions at the summit are cooler, and restrooms are only available at the base and summit. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 7:30 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 7:45 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 12:40 PM. 

Hop on an electric bike and enjoy a fun, guided ride with scenic views and local stories along the way. Participants must be under 250 lbs, at least 5’2”, and able to ride a bike. Height must be provided seven days prior. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 7:45 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 8:00 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 11:00 AM. 

Nestled in the scenic Seven Falls Canyon, this thrilling Colorado zip-line experience takes you above the trees for unforgettable views and an adrenaline rush. This excursion requires moderate physical fitness. Participants must be under 250 lbs. Not permitted for pregnant guests or those under the influence. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 7:45 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 8:00 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 12:00 PM. 

Explore towering sandstone formations and stunning views of Pikes Peak in this nationally recognized natural landmark. This excursion includes beginner to moderate hiking. Wear comfortable shoes for paved and unpaved trails. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 8:00 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 8:15 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 11:15 AM. 

Enjoy a fast-paced clay shooting experience on one of Colorado’s oldest sporting ranges, guided by a professional instructor. No experience needed, but walking is required. Safety gear will be provided. Closed-toe, comfortable shoes or boots with good traction recommended. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 8:15 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 8:30 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 12:00 PM. 

Stroll through downtown Colorado Springs, sampling local food and specialty drinks at several restaurants. This walking tour includes multiple stops and local insights. Comfortable shoes recommended. (Optional activity)

Registrants will meet at the International Center. Please arrive at 10:30 AM to check-in. Bus will depart at 10:45 AM. Registrants will be back at The Broadmoor by 2:15 PM. 

Hold onto your cowboy hats, ALMA—this year's theme party is going to be wild! Neon Lights and Country Nights is bringing the rodeo spirit and high-energy fun for an unforgettable night. We will crown the King and Queen of ALMA, so bring your best neon glow and country swagger, and get ready to light up the night!

(If costumes aren't your thing, resort casual attire is okay, too.)

Shuttles will run every half hour from The Broadmoor to the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). It is recommended that you depart the resort no less than two and a half hours prior to your flight.
