Hotel Reservation Information
You are responsible for booking your own room. A credit card will be required at the time of booking, but will not be charged.
AEU will cover the cost of hotel rooms for the nights of July 13, 14, and 15 at the The Broadmoor.
If you choose to extend your stay before or after these dates, you will be responsible for the additional charges, and a one-night deposit will be charged to your card. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
