Todd Kelly is the President of Marketing and Sales for Genesis Information Services (GIS), Inc. He has collaborated with his wife and owner of Genesis, Neille Kelly, since its start in 2010. He serves GIS, managing client relations, company standards, and project outcomes.

Todd started his journey into investigations at the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office as an investigator before moving into the private investigation field and has since dedicated over 30 years to the industry.

Todd is an active member of the New Orleans Claims Association, Southern RIMS Chapter, Port of New Orleans Mariners Club, and the Louisiana Claims Association, wherein he has provided educational sessions. He received a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Louisiana State University.
