Flights and Airport Transfers
AEU will provide complimentary transportation to/from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) for Sunday, July 14 arrivals and Wednesday, July 17 departures. It is recommended that you depart the resort no less than two and half hours prior to your flight.
Transfers will run every 30 minutes.
- Arrival transfers, July 14 - 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Departure transfers, July 17 - 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
You are responsible for booking your flights to the ALMA Conference.
How to Add Flight Information to your Registration
Go to the registration confirmation email you received and click “Modify Registration”.
Click through the registration until you reach the question asking if you have your flights booked. Change your answer to "yes".
You will then be able to add your flight information.
To ensure we have the proper number of shuttles, please enter your flight details by June 13, 2024.
