Ted Schmidt has extensive experience in quality, healthcare, operations-management, training and customer service. He has managed a business with annual sales in excess of million and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. His ISO 9001 clients include companies in the chemical, service, maritime, FAA and FDA regulated industries. He has extensive knowledge in documentation preparation, training, auditing, process improvement and the quality improvement process. He has implemented and maintained quality systems in a variety of industries across North America. Ted is a lecturer on Quality Management Systems at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, the University of West Florida in Pensacola and the University of West Florida in Fort Walton Beach. He has given many seminars around North America encompassing all aspects of many ISO Standards.
