Trudy Cuiellette is the Owner and CEO of TREO Staffing, LLC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in recruitment and placement. Originally from Louisiana, Trudy began her career in Los Angeles, CA, working in the government sector with a Workforce Investment Act nonprofit agency. There, she placed program-qualified individuals into job opportunities and taught essential job search skills. Her talent and dedication caught the attention of the President of Community Development at a nationally recognized vocational school, who invited her to join the organization as National Director of Community Development. In that role, she led a nationwide team under the Workforce Investment Act, recruiting and placing students into higher education programs and connecting them with career opportunities.

Twenty years ago, Trudy returned home, transitioning to Louisiana Workforce Development to continue in the recruitment and placement of underserved and laid-off workers. After years of serving the community, Trudy, alongside her husband Rory, founded TREO Staffing. For the past 15 years, TREO’s mission has remained steadfast: to connect host client sites with highly qualified skilled labor. Today, TREO is a trusted partner in the marine industry, recognized for its precision in placement, integrity, commitment to safety, and long-term client relationships. Under Trudy’s leadership, TREO has earned numerous accolades, including the Best in Madisonville Business Award for nine consecutive years, the 2024 AEU Safety Award, and the 2025 Best of St. Tammany Parish Award in the Staffing Agency category.
