We'll explore the challenge of managing hearing loss claims for successful outcomes while complying with OSHA's Hearing Conservation Program requirements. The session will demonstrate strategic steps employers can take to both adhere to OSHA standards and reduce the likelihood of hearing loss claims, particularly when employees are hired with pre-existing hearing loss.
