Jim Bailey is Corporate Safety Director for Enstructure.  In this role, he leads the safety and risk control efforts for Enstructure’s network of marine terminals, warehouses, cold storage and logistics divisions.  Jim has 30 years of experience in the maritime industry across seagoing and shoreside operations.  In previous roles, he managed Richmond Marine Terminal, led equipment procurement and maintenance, scale, TOS implementation, and safety departments for Port Contractors, Inc.  Before moving ashore, he sailed aboard US flagged heavy lift, chemical product, and hydrographic survey ships.

Jim is a Certified Safety Professional and graduated with a BS in Marine Transportation from Maine Maritime Academy, and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
