Cliff Roberts has over 30 years of leadership experience in the Aviation, Energy, and Shipbuilding Sector. Cliff is currently the VP, QHSE for Conrad Industries. Before that, Cliff served as the Vice President of Global QHSE for Frank’s International, where he was responsible for overseeing an enterprise team of more than 5000 employees. He and his team were recognized for developing and implementing record-setting performance by moving a culture from a “bolt-on” model to a “built-in ownership” model whereas everyone owns QHSE – not just the safety and quality professionals. Over the past 30 years, Cliff has held roles from Safety Management to VP of Global QHSE reporting to the President / CEO.

In the QHSE world, Cliff believes that zero harm/defects are not only a result, but zero is where you begin, strive to sustain, and constantly continue to reduce deviations and mistakes.
