Ashlee White is an Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Manager for White River Marine Group, LLC (WRMG), the world’s largest builder of fishing and recreational boats by volume. From tournament bass angling to Great Lakes walleye runs, wakeboarding, and now inshore offshore saltwater boats and Hatteras Sportfishing Yachts, WRMG boats are designed and developed to ensure they are all ready for many years of outdoor adventures.
Ashlee has worked for WRMG in their aluminum Sun-Tracker Pontoon plant in past years. Now, she works at their Ranger, Mako saltwater boats and Hatteras Yachts manufacturing facility in North Carolina. She has overseen the safety programs, supervised emergency first response teams, handled workers' compensation claims, and helped develop WRMG’s reasonable suspicion training and was the benchmark for the WRMG Emergency Action Plan. Ashlee works with local first responders as a training facility and coordinator for the Police Department, Search and Rescue, EMS, and Fire Department.
Ashlee is a Nationally Certified Emergency Medical Technician with 911 field experience and a Red Cross Instructor. She attended Grand Canyon University where she received a Bachelor’s in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. With this experience, Ashlee specializes in disaster response, emergency preparedness, mitigation, and continuity of operations planning.
