Todd M. Rushing is the Owner and Manager of Rushing Marine Service, LLC, and is the third generation in a family that has always been involved in the inland waterways industry. While attending Southeast Missouri State University he worked part-time for Rushing Marine Service, L.L.C. He began working full-time in 1997 after he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He specializes in the development and implementation of Safety Management Systems for all aspects of the river and shipyard industries. He also assists companies with their regulatory compliance efforts and conducts audits and inspections for companies that are working to improve their safety systems.
