Thomas D. Bright is the President and Founder of Bright Training Solutions (BTS). He is actively engaged in both organizational and professional development. For over 30 years, he has supported individuals and organizations, including businesses, colleges, and the US Navy.

Thomas has trained about 30,000 adults. He has developed and delivered over 100 training courses, many of which are approved by OSHA. In addition to training, he serves as both an Advisory Board and Strategic Planning Facilitator. As a Lean Systems Black Belt, he has graduated dozens of Green and Yellow Belts and facilitated over 70 Kaizen Teams to measurable success. He is the annual keynote speaker for the ROBE Leadership Program for Ohio State University.
Thomas is a safety trainer and consultant and has been for the past 15 years. He is qualified to instruct both the 10 and 30-hour Maritime Shipyard Employment Courses. He has trained well over 5,000 front-line workers and supervisors in dozens of safety classes that he developed ranging from Confined Space Safety to Creating a Safety Culture.
