In this session, we will look at the different strategies to successfully deliver a safety message to the frontline workers. A safety program is only as good as how effective it can be communicated, and this can be done from different angles. Beyond toolbox talks and pre-job meetings, discover more about using embedded workforce mavens to spread safety information. We will also visit recent SpaceX Elon-driven initiatives focused on ‘smart safety’ and ‘go safely go fast', impacting how workers receive, interpret, and act on safety rules. After attending, participants will be able to:
