Joe Reilly has been in the drug and alcohol testing industry since 1993 and is considered a nationally-recognized expert in drug-free workplace issues. He has worked with hundreds of employers in developing their drug testing policies. Joe serves as President of National Drug Screening, Inc., and President of Joe Reilly & Associates, Inc. He served for 12 years as a board member and is a past chairman of the board of directors of the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA). He was among the first to receive Consultant Accreditation from the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). Joe regularly provides consulting services that include training programs and expert witness testimony.

Joe has degrees in accounting and marketing from Manhattan College in Bronx, New York. He is a native of New York City and currently resides in Melbourne Beach, Florida, with his wife Robin.
