John Drebinger, Jr. acclaimed international safety speaker and author, has been delivering his magnetic safety presentations worldwide for the past 32 years and is known for injecting humor and passion to engage audiences to help people work safely.
He is considered one of the most traveled and successful safety motivational speakers in the nation and was named one of Safety’s “Power 101” by ISHN, the leading safety and health industry publication.
Drebinger developed the technique and book, “Would You Watch Out for My Safety?", which teaches people a comfortable way to point out hazards and unsafe behaviors to others. His strategies create a culture where people act to protect themselves and those around them. Clients have reported existing conditions and behaviors are suddenly pointed out and corrected, thus making for a safer workplace.

John has a bachelor’s degree in Speech and is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. John serves his local community as a past President of the Galt Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He has previously served as president of his church council, local PTA, and the Sacramento Chapter of the National Speakers Association. John now serves as board president for the “Sending Place,” an organization that trains people to serve on short-term missions overseas. He has been involved in Scouting for over 55 years and is an Eagle Scout. All of this service has taught him much in the field of communication, working with diverse groups of people with many different career and educational backgrounds.
