GEN Z: ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THEIR EMPLOYMENT?

By the end of this decade, companies will experience a shift involving the workforce unlike any other in the industrialized era. The two oldest generations (Baby Boomers and Generation X) will all but disappear from payrolls and be replaced almost exclusively by Gen Z workers born between 1997 and 2012. The challenges involving this transition are significant, but not insurmountable. Decision makers must reexamine hiring practices, communication methods, and techniques used to inspire and motivate employees.
